Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

Individual is responsible for supporting and coordinating sales tasks

  • Provide support to the sales teams with daily activity
  • Track and report request for quotes (RFQs) for multiple customers
  • Daily customer portal review, survey responses, and communication with sales
  • New Model Preparation tracking
  • Engineering change instruction (ECI) tracking and coordination with Sales and Design
  • Sales dashboard creation and visualization
  • Open invoice and retro-payment coordination with sales and accounting

  • Due date control/ Time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboard), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • 2-3 years working experiences preferred
