Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
- Oversee the receipt and transmission of multiple plant EDI documents and user support at client headquarters, using AutoRelease (Infor) software
- Perform software troubleshooting
- Help with managing system setups/Set up new EDI business
- Assist with the documentation and support of custom code
Required Skills and Abilities
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Ability to read and understand EDI transaction sets
- Three years or more automotive EDI experience including a wide range of EDI transaction sets
- Ability to work with customers (both Aisin plants and OEMs)
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult problems
Beneficial Skills and Experience
- Experience with AutoRelease (Infor) software
- Understand business processes and how they interconnect
Education/Training/Certifications
- Preferred Associates Degree or technical training
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 5 %
- Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
